+ Top tips for jewellery care?

Everything I make is handmade by me, making it one of a kind. It is not indestructible and it is up to the owner to take special care of their pieces. Here are a few tips on how to keep your jewellery looking shiny and happy.

Most jewellery can be kept clean by simply washing with soap and water gently, with a soft toothbrush. Certain beauty products can cause jewellery to tarnish, such as perfume and creams, so take care not to let these products build up. Pearls don’t like being washed or having perfume sprayed on them.

It is best not to wear your jewellery when you are doing activities where it might get damaged or knocked, such as surfing and the gym.

+ Ring sizing info.

If you are unsure of what sized ring you need, you could pop into your local jewellers and get accurately measured by a professional. If you cannot do this I can send you a ring gauge to measure yourself.

A ring should fit snuggly on your finger but still comfortably enough to slide over your knuckle. The best time to measure your finger is when you are warm, as when you are cold your fingers shrink. Please do get in touch if you have any questions and I will be happy to help you.
